Arty is a cheerful, green female Raydian who is a member of the Colour Underground. She claims to be a color expert. She is very artistic and is rarely seen without her paintbrush.

Arty evades capture from the INKT Corporation along with the other Underground members Professor, Zip, and Bif. In the Last Resort, she is seen painting a mural on the street only to be chased away by a Leechbot. She gives Blob mission objectives that involve painting buildings a certain color.
de Blob 2[]
Arty makes her first appearance alongside Bif and Prof at Comrade Black U to help out with the uprising against Comrade Black after he rigs and wins the local election. She does give Blob mission objectives now and again in this game, but most missions are now given from Pinky instead. Later, the Color Underground is captured by Comrade Black and held hostage at the Prison Zoo, where Arty is put in an ink-filled birdcage. She is the first to be rescued from there by Blob.
