The Cult of Blanc is a religious organization that featured in de Blob 2. It is a subsidary part of INKT Corporation, meant to deceive all of Prisma City.
Background[]
The Cult was founded by Comrade Black after he managed to get out of Paradise Island by blasting himself from a cannon. After landing in Prisma City's Downtown, he sought to go undercover by disguising himself as a figure named "Papa Blanc." He sought to forcefully turn the Prismans of Prisma City into Blancs to oppose all color, especially Blob.
Immediately, some Prismen were converted into Blancs and began their operation in Downtown, bleaching every building and handing out pinwheels and robes. In result, all of Downtown was miserable; the Prismans were all unhappy and commonly got into arguments against one another. This also brought to pollution and busy days, with the Blancs making the most passive effort; this behavior of effort was concerning to both Blob and Pinky.
While Blob and Pinky continued to discover more about Papa Blanc, Papa Blanc himself, meanwhile, was brainwashing every Blanc further; this time with violence towards Blob.
The Cult was then heavily expanded in Blanctown, a neighborhood with every religious intent to defy color. This time, they relied on technology to force every other Prisman to be converted into a Blanc as every Prisman denied their request to join them, such as Blanc TVs and Hypnodiscs. In this neighborhood, they're accompanied with Shepherds, the priests responsible for the Prismans to be baptized in their Church. Eventually, Blob and Pinky have discovered, inside the Cult Enclave of Papa Blanc's private compound, that there were INKT symbols everywhere; the Cult of Blanc is tied with INKT Corporation.
As Blob and Pinky found out about this, Papa Blanc was heading to the Senate for the vote counting.
When it was Election Day, Papa Blanc had rigged all voting booths by installing mechanical hands. These hands either forced Prismans to select Papa Blanc for mayor or sometimes vote manually themselves. As the voting results came in, Papa Blanc was to announce his fealty to the public, only to laugh hysterically in front of the camera. Knocking the interviewer aside, Papa Blanc took off his mitre, scaring the interviewer away, then revealing that he was actually Comrade Black. Afterwards, the Cult of Blanc declared martial law and did public baptizing, deportation, and sank all Headquarters of Color. Comrade Black was eventually inaugurated but he was still busy with his tyranny meanwhile.
The Cult of Blanc finally dissipated after the Blanc TV Factory was shut down, converted into the House of Fun. Without all hypnotic technology, the amount of Blancs have been decreased. And after the Hypno Ray malfunctioned and blasted color back to Raydia, all Blancs around the planet were converted back into their original selves.
