The Rocket Range is the eleventh level in de Blob 2, and the final to take place in Prisma City. The Rocket Range is where all rockets of the city are stored, and after INKT's invasion had became heavily fortified, especially to prevent Blob from catching up with Comrade Black to the Hypno Ray.

The opening cutscene shows the Color Revolution in full swing, cornering Comrade Black into the titular Rocket Range. Explosives are set off on the bridge the revolution is on, collapsing it, though it collapses ahead of the revolution. After that, Blob and the revolution see Comrade Black taking off on a rocket to space, with the Pan-Galactic melody playing. Blob gets angry, then the cutscene ends.

From here the level becomes taking a rocket from the captured Rocket Range to chase Comrade Black. Fittingly, the 'preferred' song for the level is called The Chase in the promotional soundtrack (Riotous).

The Level[]

The crux of the level is finding a way over the destroyed bridge, through the large gates, through the travel tube into the launch pad, and into a rocket to take off.

The following landmarks are visited and transformed:

Landmark Entry Cost Notes
Power Station 100 Brown Bif says you got to rescue it's workers to blow the gates open. Opens said gates upon transforming.
Police Station 100 Orange You must fight a variety of Inkies before entering, in three phases.
Space Station 100 Brown Pinky says to paint the nearby research centers prior to entry. Readies the rocket.
Rocket 100 Red Similar to the Cannon of Paradise Island, entering is a point of no return. Finishes the level when transformed.

The rocket reappears at the start of the Hypno Ray level, although with a different interior.
